These Standard Terms of Sale apply to each and every order for goods placed by a customer (Buyer) and accepted by COLORS SNEAKERS (Seller). Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, no other terms or conditions submitted by Buyer shall apply to the order.

In these terms, the following definitions shall apply:
"Replenishment" means Seller's processing of computer generated requests for goods.
"Goods" means products that are the subject of an order placed by Buyer and accepted by Seller.
"Order" means a request for Goods placed by Buyer and accepted by Seller on the Terms set out in these Conditions, in this case a pre-order.
"Price" means the price payable by Buyer to Seller in exchange for the Goods.
